1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by bt999 (referred to herein as "bt999," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "the Player") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and bt999.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bt999 platform and all associated services. Continued use of bt999 following the publication of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bt999, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. bt999 strictly prohibits access to minors. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from bt999 or any related platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) bt999 account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your bt999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your bt999 login credentials, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
• Notify bt999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Comply with all identity verification (KYC) requests made by bt999, which may include providing a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

bt999 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where the information provided during registration is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading. bt999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

bt999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), Bitcoin (BTC), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. bt999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bt999:

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds apply per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the bt999 account wallet section.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the bt999 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bt999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though network fees (gas fees) for blockchain transactions are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. USDT withdrawals typically complete within 10 minutes. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals complete within 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• bt999 may require identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful completion of any KYC verification requested.
• Funds deposited must be played through at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, unless otherwise specified.
• bt999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the player's account balance in accordance with the responsible gaming policy or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bt999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions offered by bt999 are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to the following general bonus terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to the registered account holder only and may not be transferred or assigned to another player or account.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering on games excluded from bonus play will not count towards wagering requirements. A list of eligible and excluded games is published in each promotion's specific terms on bt999.
• bt999 reserves the right to limit, modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of suspected misuse, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
• Players who have opted into a bonus offer may not withdraw their deposit until the wagering requirements have been met, unless they choose to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Free spins winnings are typically capped at a maximum cash value as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.

6 Game Rules, Betting Rules & Dispute Resolution

All games available on bt999, including live casino games, online slots, crash games, instant win titles, and sports betting markets, are subject to the specific rules published by the respective game provider or the bt999 sportsbook, as applicable.

• Game outcomes are final and binding once confirmed by the bt999 platform. Technical errors, connectivity issues, or misunderstandings regarding game rules do not entitle a player to a refund of their wager.
• In the event of a software malfunction or server error during a live game, bt999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the player's wager to their account balance.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting body or league. bt999's sportsbook settlement decisions are final.
• Bets placed on markets where the outcome was known at the time of placement due to data feed delay or technical error will be voided by bt999 and the stake returned.
• All disputes must be raised with the bt999 customer support team within fourteen (14) days of the relevant game or event result. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on bt999 are certified by independent testing laboratories. Players may request information on RTP (Return to Player) percentages for any RNG game.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bt999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or access bt999 services without manual human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or undisclosed game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or bt999 employees to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Money laundering, using bt999 as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activities, or attempting to circumvent anti-money laundering (AML) controls.
• Providing false, stolen, or fabricated identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Chargeback fraud — initiating a chargeback through your payment provider for deposits made to bt999 while retaining associated winnings.
• Attempting to access bt999 systems through unauthorised means, including hacking, phishing, or reverse engineering of platform software.

8 Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bt999 account holders and may be activated at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending on bt999.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session lengths after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your bt999 account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bt999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works of any bt999 content without the prior written authorisation of bt999. Unauthorised use of bt999 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt999's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the bt999 platform shall be limited to the total value of funds held in that player's bt999 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

bt999 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of bt999 services.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events beyond bt999's reasonable control.
• Losses sustained as a result of a player's failure to maintain the security of their bt999 account credentials.
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on information published on the bt999 platform that is subject to change without notice.

bt999 does not provide any warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

bt999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or our licensing obligations.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

Upon termination of a player's account for legitimate reasons (where no fraud or breach of Terms is established), bt999 will process a withdrawal of the remaining balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bt999 reserves the right to withhold and void any bonus-related winnings and to retain funds equivalent to any losses bt999 has incurred as a direct result of the player's breach.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bt999 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bt999's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory body.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, you are required to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bt999 customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. bt999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification, in-platform notification, or by prominent notice on the bt999 website prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bt999 platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using bt999 services and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be available on this page.
